STERLING ESTATES began as a community of traditional homes about 15 years ago. Earlier homes were on larger lots but later styling kept current with the changing home buyer tastes by providing the addition of Cottage and Craftsman home styles on smaller lots in more of a village atmosphere. Lot sizes in Sterling Estates range from .18 to 1.95 acres.
Multiple builders were involved in the earlier construction which added to wide variety of traditional home designs. Subsequent construction has been undertaken by a large regional builder who offers more than 15 basic floor plan layouts each with a number of front elevation designs.
